It looks like Sophie took a little vacation.Sophie Monk and boyfriend John Diaz spent a romantic week-end at the Ventanas al Paraiso resort in Cabo San Lucas. Sophie Monk was currently in the Mexican resort town shooting a segment for the Australian show: Getaway Australia, Sophie fell in love with the Ventanas resort and asked her boyfriend to join her for easter weekend…(April 3)
